It is a blend of over 20 different ingredients. It is crunchy, toasty, slightly spicy and packed full of flavor. We cook each ingredient on its own in oil, drain it and continue the process. Why? This way we can cook each ingredient to the perfect amount without anything getting undercooked or burnt. This also infuses the oil full of flavor from each ingredient, making it complex and addicting!
