CARROT CAKE MUFFINS (wholesale)
These muffins start with a sour cream base and are dotted with toasted pecans and fresh shredded carrots. Just before baking we top them with a cream cheese filling. They are cooked in a deep muffin pan and are around 7 oz each, making them big, hearty and beautiful! *MUST ORDER EACH FLAVOR IN QUANTITIES OF 4 DUE TO BATCH SCALING
Ingredients: flour, sour cream, brown sugar, eggs, buttermilk, oil, carrots, pecans, cream cheese, vanilla, leavening, salt, spices
Pricing: muffins are sold by the each and are $3 each. Please order by the 4 count due to scaling.
Suggested Storage & Shelf Life:
Airtight container in the refrigerator: up to 7 days. Must bring it to room temp before serving.
Airtight container on the counter: up to 3 days.
Airtight container in the freezer: up to 30 days.
For best enjoyment it is highly suggested to gently reheat the muffin in a microwave for a few seconds or a low oven for no longer than 5-6 minutes.
